Perdere 2 chili in due giorni

fad-diet.jpg  Questa dieta prevede un consumo di 800 - 1000 calorie al giorno. DA seguire solo tre giorni per perdere peso prima di un’occasione speciale in cui è richiesto il bichini. Occorre seguire questa dieta per un periodo non superiore ai giorni indicati.
Iniziate la dieta solo dopo aver consultato la tabella del peso ideale, considerato quindi l’indice di massa corporea e scoperto di avere qualche chilo da perdere.

A COLAZIONE
Un frullato con un bicchiere di latte, due mandorle e una banana, e una tazza di tè.

IN MATTINATA
Una spremuta di pompelmo rosa e una banana.

NEL POMERIGGIO
Uno yogurt alla frutta.

1° GIORNO


Pranzo: Un vasetto di yogurt magro, 4 cucchiai di muesli, una banana.
Cena: Un piatto di passato di verdure, 100 gr di ricotta magra, una fetta di pane integrale.

2° GIORNO

Pranzo: Una tazza di fiocchi di latte, 2 crackers integrali, una banana.
Cena: Un uovo sodo, una fetta di pane, una macedonia con una banana e due fette di ananas al naturale.

3° GIORNO

Pranzo: Un’insalata mista con 60 gr di tonno al naturale, 7  grissini, una banana.
Cena: Passato di verdure a piacere, una fetta di pane integrale, una mozzarella.
